The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.  with induction hob, electric under counter oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Lavazza SMEG modo mio coffee pod machine, milk frother and dining table with seating for six.  The sitting area has a large and luxurious velvet L shaped sofa with seating for six, a coffee table and Smart TV.   There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, convenient for those travelling from abroad or with children. 

There is a home working space, with desk and chair and the property benefits from a good Wi-Fi connection for those who need to work or study. 

There are two bedrooms, located on the second floor both with king-size beds and comfy mattresses.  The bedrooms are fitted with acoustic secondary glazing meaning you have the benefit of being in the centre of Chipping Norton without being disturbed. 

The bathroom has a rainfall shower with separate handheld shower attachment, freestanding roll top bath with separate handheld shower attachment, loo, basin and a heated towel rail. 

If travelling with infants, we have a travel cot and high-chair for guests use.
